Return & Cancellation Policy – Dar Althoq Boutique

1. Return Period

Customers can request a return only in case of a manufacturing defect or an error by the store, and must report it within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

  • Clear evidence of a manufacturing defect or store error.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

Note:

  • Returns are not allowed for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or store error.

  • Used or opened products without a manufacturing defect or store error cannot be returned.

  • Products with removed identification tags are non-returnable.

  • Products purchased in special offers or clearance (if any) are non-returnable.

  • Any product that does not meet hygiene or safety conditions cannot be returned.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipping.

  • Once the order is handed to the shipping company or its status changes to “In Transit,” cancellation is not allowed; only return procedures apply if there is a defect or store error.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if the customer refuses to receive the order without a valid reason, the store may deduct shipping fees.

4. Return Procedure

  • Contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide the order number and a description of the defect or error.

  • Wait for approval and follow the return instructions.

  • Return the product within 3 days of receiving the instructions, ensuring it is safely packaged with all original accessories.

The store covers return shipping costs if there is a manufacturing defect or store error.

5. Refund or Exchange Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the product:

    • If a manufacturing defect or store error is confirmed, the return or exchange for an identical product will be approved.

    • Refund or exchange will be processed via the original payment method or as per the customer’s request.

    • Refund may take 7–14 business days to appear in the account depending on the bank or payment gateway.

6. General Terms

  • The store reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the defect or store error conditions and reporting within 24 hours.

  • By using Dar Althoq Boutique, you agree to comply with this policy.

  • The store reserves the right to modify the policy at any time. Continued use of the website or products after any change constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated policy.
