Shipping and Delivery Policy

First: General Policy

  • This policy constitutes the official mechanism for shipping and delivery for Dar Al-Zouq Boutique, operating in the United Arab Emirates.

  • All shipping operations are conducted in accordance with UAE laws and applicable regulations.

  • Any provision that conflicts with UAE laws shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with such laws.

  • The policy is integral to the Terms and Conditions of the Store and is fully enforceable.


Second: Shipping Methods and Responsibility

  • Shipments are executed through licensed shipping companies or official logistics providers.

  • Delivery is carried out door-to-door or according to the chosen shipping method.

  • Tracking numbers are provided to the Customer for all shipments via the official system of the Store or the shipping company.

  • Responsibility for the product transfers to the Customer upon actual delivery to the shipping provider.

  • The Store shall not be liable for any delays resulting from operational circumstances beyond its control, including:

    • Force majeure events.

    • Government regulations or official decisions.

    • Technical or logistical failures.

    • External logistics partners.


Third: Estimated Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on:

    • City or location.

    • Seasonal or promotional periods.

    • Weather, technical, or governmental conditions.

  • Standard processing and delivery times exclude Fridays and official holidays.

  • Next Day Delivery or expedited services are provided as estimates and do not constitute a contractual obligation.


Fourth: Customer Responsibilities

  • The Customer must provide accurate shipping information, including:

    • Full address.

    • Phone number.

  • In case of incorrect or incomplete information, the Customer bears the full cost of reshipment or delivery delays.

  • If the shipment cannot be delivered due to customer error, the Store may:

    • Cancel the order.

    • Deduct any additional shipping fees.

  • Upon receipt, the Customer must inspect the shipment and immediately notify the Store of any visible damage or discrepancy.

  • Any claims must be documented and submitted to the official Store contact channels for investigation.

  • Failure to comply with these procedures may limit the Customer’s right to compensation.


Fifth: Liability Limitations

  • The Store is not responsible for:

    • Loss or damage of the shipment caused by external logistics partners.

    • Delays resulting from force majeure, technical, or governmental conditions.

    • Any indirect or consequential damages.

  • The Store’s liability is limited to the actual value of the product shipped.
